As a single man (any takers? Be warned though, I work a lot) without dependents, I must ensure that my financial plan provides protection and security equivalent to that of a married couple. While marriage equality has been achieved, many LGBTQIA+ individuals may have previous marriages and children, leading to complex financial implications surrounding inheritance. Mr. B is dedicated to helping you establish a comprehensive "Legacy Plan" to ensure harmony among your loved ones during challenging times.

It is crucial for members of our community to have properly structured and up-to-date wills and trusts. While Mr. B is not an estate planning attorney, he collaborates with local legal professionals and is equipped to assist and guide you through these essential but often overwhelming tasks.

 I am aware that many individuals in this community have been diagnosed with HIV and may have encountered difficulties when seeking life insurance. It is worth highlighting that as of 2024, having an HIV diagnosis no longer serves as an automatic disqualifier for obtaining coverage. Although there may be certain restrictions and potentially incremental costs, overcoming these challenges is now feasible with adequate support and specialized knowledge.
